I used this company for the first time recently to Heathrow. I was extremely impressed with the service from the time I phoned to book the pick up, the texts I received to confirm my booking and again the evening before my trip to re-confirm that I would be picked up as planned. I received details of the car and driver so I was reassured of my pick up. The vehicle looked brand new, was very clean and comfortable. Our driver, Ian made us feel well looked after. On our return trip we were text the day before flying home to reconfirm our arrangement and given instructions about when and where to meet once we had our luggage. We were offered water and had a very relaxing drive home. I would not hesitate in using the company again for all our airport requirements and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

I booked this company for the first time to and from Gatwick. Ian confirmed our booking the day before we travelled. Our pick up was for 4 am in the morning but Ian was there 3:45 which was good. On our return the day before again Ian confirmed our booking. Our pick up which was at 11:00pm. He contacted us and even informed us which carousel our luggage was going to be on. Pick up car was an SUV very spacious and clean with complimentary water bottles. Ian was very professional, helpful and respectful. could not fault his driving and could not have asked for a better journey. Lovely experience and will be using this company again for future transfers and strongly recommend to anyone.

This was the first time we have used Bexley Airport Travel and the service was outstanding. Ismet is an excellent driver and was friendly and helpful throughout. He arrived punctually and even carried our cases for us at both ends of the journey. We will definitely be using BAT for future trips.
